Crypto Component

The newly developed crypto token will be hold US Treasury bonds, ensuring stability and minimizing volatility associated with typical cryptocurrencies. (lo pensamos, al tener bonos se parece a un stable coin)

This token will appeal to investors seeking exposure to the crypto market without the high risks, providing both liquidity and a hedge against inflation.

Custody requeriments

Physical Assets Component: o The other half of the funds will be distributed among 3 oil and gas exploration projects and 3 gold mining exploration projects, allowing investors to be exposed to exceptional investment upside of >5X on projects selected by a world class team of exploration experts.

We believe this model can be replicated/amplified to reach a large number of projects. That is when we deliver the multiples on investment committed.
